3. Mounting and setting of dosing
monitor
1. Mount the monitor (the example below shows a
monitor mounted on the suction side of the
pump). The monitor must always be mounted
vertically.
2. Connect the monitor to the pump level input.
3. Set the level input to "MONITOR".

4. Open the bypass valve.
5. Set the pump to operation at maximum capacity.
6. Prime the pump and the bypass channel.
7. Close the bypass valve and prime the floater
channel.
8. Open the bypass valve and check that the pump
is in alarm mode (the red indicator light is on).
9. Close the bypass valve gradually and adjust the
contact screw until the floater jumps sufficiently
and the pump changes over to normal operation
(the red indicator light is off).

The function can be checked by letting air into the
suction tube. This makes the pump change over to
alarm mode (requires a certain counter pressure).
