2 | Functional description
The pretreated feed water is fed to the
valve control unit after the fine
filter. A high-pressure pump then brings the feed water to the
operating pressure required for the function of the RO membrane.
The RO membrane separates the water into the partial flows
permeate and concentrate. The permeate is fed into a UV-resistant
storage tank made of PE. A partial flow of the concentrate is fed back
to the membrane via a circulation line by the high-pressure pump,
thus increasing the yield and efficiency of the reverse osmosis system
GENO-OSMO RO 125K and ensuring a uniform outflow on the
membrane. A small portion of the concentrate, in which the water
constituents retained by the membrane are located, is directed to
the drain.
