TROUBLESHOOTING
1– BEFORE STARTING
***** CAUTION : MAKE SURE TO READ AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE STARTING THE TEST.
•
PLUG both output boxes (Zone #1 Output and Zone #2 Output) to the main module using the
2 telephone cables (included)
•
PLUG both remote sensors (Zone #1 Sensor and Zone #2 Sensor) to the main module using
the 2 “Network – CAT5” cables (included, 25-ft each).
•
PLACE both remote sensors close to each other in order to read similar (or equal) CO
2
PPM
levels.
•
CONNECT A LOAD (lamp or fan…) into the CO
2
OUTPUT BOX of ZONE #1 (NOT in the
OUTPUT BOX of ZONE #2).
•
LIGHTING CONDITION: make sure to perform this test in a room with enough light for the
controller to detect a DAY condition. A dark location should be avoided.

Plug the external supply into any
120V outlet or power bar, and plug
the power supply connector on the
left side of the module.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE :
MAKE SURE TO USE A 12V – 1A
POWER SUPPLY.
The screen shows a 30-second countdown after a short
introduction displaying the name of the product and
the revision number. Wait until the countdown ends.

You MUST use a
12 Volts - 1 Amp.
Power supply.
A 500mA (or 0.5 Amp.) unit
will NOT supply enough power to
the Controller and Sensors.
