TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:
WARNING:
Before any repair or maintenance works, always:
Switch off the machine
Unplug the power cord
Wait until the table with the saw stops working
The motor works slowly or is weak:
Supply voltage is low
Request a local electricity provider to check voltage
Damaged or open windings (broken).
Have the motor checked/repaired
The motor on/off switch does not work.
Have the on/off switch replaced.
The motor overheats:
The motor is overloaded.
Request a local electricity provider to check voltage
Blunt saw blade:
Replace the saw blade.
The machine vibrates during cutting:
The saw blade rotates anticlockwise
Ensure that it rotates clockwise
Cutting-depth control handle or bevel cutting-depth control handle is loosened
Tighten the cutting-depth control handle or bevel cutting-depth control handle
The diameter of the blade axle hole does not match the motor axle.
Replace the saw blade.
The blade cutting path is tilted:
The blade is bent, broken or dirty
Replace or clean the blade
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING:
Before use:
Make sure that the distance between the blade wheel and the blade guard is 1-2 mm.
Make sure that the power cord and its plug are not damaged
Daily:
Make sure that there is no water in the motor and the on/off switch.
Before cleaning, make sure that the saw is switched off and unplugged.
Clean the table and the tray using a brush or a soft damp cloth.
After a working day, dry the water tray using a soft damp cloth or a sponge,
Clean the water pump using a sprinkler; do not dismantle the water pump.
Monthly:
The head elements: a rotating frame, a guiding rail, a threaded up-down rail, rotating ele-
ments, etc. cover with a thin layer of oil.
