Applications
These wireless electronics trigger flushing via radio transmitter
or additionally via manual actuation.
For manual actuation, a WC cover plate for vertical installation
must be used. (Not included in the delivery specification)
Cover plates with glass, wood or leather surfaces must
not
be
used.
For radio actuation, the radio transmitter Prod. no. 38 758 (see
Replacement parts, fold-out page I) must be used. As an
alternative to the GROHE radio transmitter, the product can
also be used with radio transmitters from Hewi, Keuco,
Lehnen, Normbau, Pressalit, AMS, Deubad, Erlau, FRELU
and FSB.
Only suitable for installation with:

Safety notes
• Installation is only possible in frost-free rooms.
• The control electronics are only suitable for indoor use.
• In the case of damage to the external transformer
connection cable, this must be replaced by a qualified
electrician in order to prevent a hazard.
• The 230 V connecting wire must
not
be fed into the cistern
and the transformer must
not
be installed in the cistern.
• Use only genuine replacement parts and accessories. The
use of other parts will result in voiding of the warranty and
the CE identification.

Installation
Make sure that the servo motor and electronic module from the
same packaged unit are installed (calibrated at the factory).
A vacant tube with diameter of 16mm is required for the line
between transformer and electronics, Fig. [1].
Plaster and tile the wall, excluding the area of the structural
shell protection.
Electrical installation

Electrical installation work must only be
performed by a qualified electrician. This work
must be carried out in accordance with the
regulations to IEC 60364-7-701 (corresponding to
VDE 0100 Part 701) as well as all national and
local regulations.
• Only water-resistant round cables with max. outside
diameter of 6.0 to 8.5mm may be used.
• The voltage supply must be separately switchable.

• Frame
- Fasten bracket to frame using screws and nuts,
see Fig. [12].
- Locate frame, align and fasten to cistern using washers and
long screws, see Fig. [13].

Select the correct frame (by comparing with the frame in
the cover plate delivery specification).

• Frame
- Fasten bracket to frame using screws and nuts,
see Fig. [21].
- Locate frame, align and fasten to cistern using washers and
short screws, see Fig. [22].

Calibrating the servo motor
Note:
The servo motor
must be
calibrated outside the cistern.
1. Connect the voltage supply, see fold-out page III, Fig. [23].
The servo motor must not be connected when
performing this operation.
The LED begins to flash.
2. Connect servo motor to electronic module, see Fig. [24].
The LED in the electronics ceases to flash and adjustment
automatically starts once the servo motor has been
connected to the electronics. The servo motor moves to the
adjustment positions.
Note
: It must be ensured that the movement is not disrupted
by obstacles.
