Technical Data
• Flow pressure:
min. 0.5 bar / recommended 1 - 5 bar
• Operating pressure:
max. 10 bar
• Test pressure:
16 bar
If static pressure exceeds 5 bar, a pressure
reducing valve must be fitted.
• Infinitely variable flow volume of:
2 - 6 l
• Flow rate:
0.3 - 0.7 l/s
• Temperature:
max. 40
°
C
Installation
Flush pipes thoroughly.
Refer to the dimensional drawings on fold-out
page I and fold-out page II, Figs. [1] and [2].
Fitting and connection
• Seal the fitting and attach, see Fig. [3].
• Connect flushing pipe (A) with outlet nut (B),
see Fig. [4].
• Open isolating valve (C) and set the desired
flow rate, see Fig. [5].
Open water supply and check connections for
watertightness.
Changing the flow volume
1. Remove screw (D) using a 3mm allen key,
see
Fig. [6].
2. Remove actuating cap (E)
3. Change the flow volume by turning adjusting
screw (F),
see Fig. [7].
Operation,
see Fig. [4].
The pre-set flow volume is released by pressing
down actuating cap (E) for 1 second. Following
release of this flow volume, the valve stops the
water flow automatically and without kickback.
Maintenance
Inspect and clean all components and replace if
necessary.
Function parts must not be greased.
Close isolating valve (C)
,
see Fig. [5]
.
Piston
1. Remove screw (D) using a 3mm allen key,
see Fig. [6].
2. Remove actuating cap (E)
3. Remove screws (G), see Fig. [8].
4. Remove cap (H) with seal (I), see Fig. [9].
5. Take out piston (J) with spring (K).
Install in reverse order.
When reinserting, expand and moisten leather
seal (L) and clean groove (L1), see Fig. [10].
Replacement parts,
see fold-out page II
(* = special accessories).
