How to open and close the safe door
Note:
1)
If you fail to open the safe door, please contact the service staffs from GRG Banking (refer to
Appendix A for our contact info) or the agent.
2)
The locks are installed in accordance with the installation instructions of the lock
manufacturers. If you fail to open the locks, please contact our service personnel or the agent
rather than remove the locks by force.
3)
Safe door has a handle plus one lock or a lock (The type of the combinations installed
depends on the ATM configuration). The possible lock combinations are as follows:
a)
mechanical combination lock 1
b)
electronic combination lock
Refer to section 1 and section 2 for the types of lock combinations in this chapter.

combination lock
1.1. The types of mechanical combination lock
The type of the combination lock installed depends on the ATM configuration. The machine i58
configured with UL Safe may use the following mechanical combination locks.
Mechanical combination lock 1
Lagard(LG) mechanical combination lock 1
NL Lock mechanical combination lock 1

Key Lock
Change Key
LG
NL Lock
Note: Refer to Section 1.2 for the method to open and close the door with
mechanical combination lock 2; Refer to Section 1.3 for the method to change the
password of LG and NL Lock Mechanical Combination Lock.
