7.5 Pressure check working hydraulics
5. If the maximum pressure does not match the value in
the table, adjust the maximum pressure as below.
7.5.3 Adjustment of Max. Pressure
NOTICE
During the warranty period, all pressure adjustment must
be carried out by your service provider in order for the
warranty to be valid.
NOTICE
Contact Gremo service if the max. pressure needs to be
adjusted on a machine with hydraulic pumps of the
"Rexroth" make. On a machine with hydraulic pumps of
the "Linde" make, the pressure is adjusted in
accordance with the description below.

1. Adjust using the adjustment screw (position A) on the
valve block, located on the inside of the frame to the
left of the pump, until the correct maximum pressure at
PX is achieved. The adjustment is very sensitive.
Screw at most a 1/4 turn (corresponding to 30-40 bar).
2. Then set the correct maximum pressure at PX (for the
crane in question as in the table above) using the
adjustment screw (position A) on the valve block.
3. Switch off the machine, remove the manometers and
refit the protective caps on the measurement outlets.
NOTICE
If it is still not possible to set the right maximum pressure
at PX with the above method, a Gremo service
technician must be contacted.
