The following information on hazards and precautions includes the most probable situations that may arise during the use
of this machine. Consult all the documentation, packaging and product labels before using it.
If you encounter a situation not described in this manual use common sense to use the machine as safely as possible and,
if you see danger, do not use the machine.
USERS
•
This machine has been designed to be manipulated only by users of legal age who have read and understood
these instructions.
•
Familiarize yourself with this machine before using it. Make sure you know the controls and safety devices and
how they should be used.
•
If you are an inexperienced user, we recommend that you do some practice doing simple jobs and, if possible, in
the company of an experienced person.
PERSONAL SAFETY
•
Use this pressure washer according to these instructions.
•
Be alert and use common sense when operating this machine. Never use the machine with defective protections
or without safety devices.
•
Do not operate the equipment in flammable or explosive environments, or where flammable liquids, gases or
dust may be present.
•
The high pressure jet produced by this machine is dangerous if used improperly.
•
Use extreme caution when cleaning vehicles and especially tires.
•
Do not direct the machine’s jet at objects that may contain substances that are harmful to health.
•
Do not bring the high pressure lance closer than 30 cm to the surface to be cleaned.
•
Always hold the drawbar with both hands to prevent recoil.
•
Do not spray any liquid except water or soapy water. Do not spray solvents, fuels, or any other flammable liquids.
No acids, no alkalis.
•
Do not use this machine, or modify its controls, if any of its components are damaged.
•
Do not operate the machine without a source of liquid to vacuum.
•
Do not use this machine if you are tired, or after ingesting drugs, alcohol, and/or medications.
•
Make sure that all power supplies meet the equipment voltage requirements and are turned off before connecting
the equipment.
•
Make sure the equipment and power supply switches are in the Off/OFF position before connecting or moving
the equipment.
•
If the engine is running but the spraying action of the machine is not to be used for more than 2 minutes, switch
off the engine. Leaving the machine running without spraying for extended periods may damage the pump and/
or other components and will void the product warranty.
WORK CLOTHES
•
Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry that may get caught in moving parts. We recommend
the use of:
