2. Error Signal Check And Solutions
2.1.

SPEED ERROR
】：
The system cannot receive signal from speed sensor for over 15
seconds during operation. All windows of the display are off and all output signals will
stop, and then show

*If this is a new product that has just finished being assembled, there is a possibility of
problems in assembly. Check the wire connections and confirm that the wires and cables
have not been damaged during assembly.
Determine Cause and Solution:
SPEED ERROR
Turn OFF the AC power
and wait 10 seconds.
Turn ON the AC power.
Press START
Is the running belt moving?
No
Open the motor hood and then
turn ON the AC power. Press
START to begin and then
check the pilot lamp on the
motor controller. Did the D1
lamp illuminate?
No
Did the D4 lamp
illuminate and
the D2 lamp
flash while
starting? (After 3
seconds,
starting to count
down)
Yes
Did the error signal disappear?
Speed Feedback
system program. If
this happens on a
regular basis,
replace the console.

Motor controller defective.
