62 Placing And Receiving Calls
Using Voice Dial
Voice Dial
– this free service enables you to retrieve a name that has been stored
in your
Phone Book
by speaking the exact name into the microphone.
1.
Starting from the
Main Screen
, use the
“Up/Down”
button and scroll until
“Voice Dial”
appears highlighted in gray in the middle of the Inside Display.
2.
Press the
button to select
“Voice Dial.”
3.
In the
Earpiece Speaker
you will hear an audible prompt to
“Say the name”
and then a short beep. After the beep, say the name exactly as it appears in your
Phone Book.
4.
If
Voice Dial
recognizes the name it will ask for confirmation by asking
“Did you say ______?”
Confirm by saying
“Yes”
after the beep.
