16. Select the submeter you are calibrating. When
complete, tap Previous Screen .
17. Make sure that hydraulic pressure and hydraulic
return lines for the hydraulic motors are plugged
into the tractor and flow is on.
18. Tap to run the calibration process.
You should see the following animated calibration
running screen.
This screen will automatically go to the calibration
confirmation screen once you have finished
running the machine calibration. At any point tap
to exit the calibration.
19. After the console is on the calibration running
screen, remove the calibration tray, collapsible
bucket, and digital scale from the tool box. Use
the digital scale to weight the bucket. Record the
weight of the bucket.
20. Hang the calibration tray on the seed wheel shaft
using the two hooks (4). When in position, the
hangers will rest against the feed cup flap shaft
(5).
Slide the handle (6) as necessary to position it
outside or between the feed cups.
21. Hang the feed cup funnels on the hanger bar (7).
22. On the calibration button, squeeze together the
black collar and yellow button (A) to unlock, then
pull out. Collect a reasonable sample, but do not
fill the calibration tray completely. Push in the
button to stop the calibration.
23. Remove the calibration tray and pour the
collected seed into the collapsible bucket.
