NETWORKING/GANGING
Enclosures can be networked using the following Great Lakes
networking/ganging kit:
G101
Networking/Ganging Kit to gang two E Enclosures

GROUNDING
GROUNDING KIT, GR101
Grounding studs in our E Series enclosures
provide a point to which the doors may be
grounded to the enclosure and from which
the enclosure may be connected to the
facility’s common ground. The studs are made
from copper which is a conducting metal. E
Enclosures have three ground studs in the
frame: two in top and one in the bottom.

This kit allows you to ground the enclosure
so that it is ready to be connected to the
common building ground. The kit contains
one 48"L ground wire assembly and five 24"L ground wire assemblies.
Each assembly is made of two smaller wires that are connected (this
allows a ‘Quick Disconnect’ when the wire must be removed).
Using the grounding wires supplied, connect one end to the copper
ground stud on the side panels and/or doors and the other end to the
copper ground stud on the enclosure frame. Once all wires have been
connected to a frame stud, have at least one frame stud connected to
the common building ground.
If a ground wire needs to be disconnected (e.g. when the enclosure
door needs to be removed but is attached to the enclosure with the
ground wire), simply pull apart the ground wires.
