Tires
See
SPECIFICATIONS
on page 46.
Hardware
Check for loose hardware.
Check Safety Interlock System
Check to see that the interlock system
operates correctly. (See
Check Safety
Interlock System
on page 12.)
Lubrication
Lubricate all fittings per maintenance label
under seat and check hydraulic oil level. (See

must be engaged. Lift on seat to make sure it
is latched once lowered back into position.
on
page 28.)
Hydraulic Oil Service
The power unit is shipped with hydraulic oil in
the system. If the tracking is erratic, purge the
system. (See
Hydraulic System Maintenance
on page 29.) If the oil level is below the edge
of the baffle in the oil reservoir, fill with SAE
20W-50 motor oil.
Engine
Engine has been filled with a break in oil.
Change oil and filter after first 8 hours of use.

on page 28.)
Check Function of All Controls
Ensure unit runs and performs properly.
INSTALL ROLLOVER PROTECTION
STRUCTURE (ROPS)
Install Base Weldments
1. Locate the left-side ROPS mount pocket
on the inside of the frame above the
wheel motor. Mount the left side base
weldment (item 9) in the pocket using
two 1/2 x 3 1/2 in. hex bolts (item 4), two
1/2 in. spring lock washers (item 6) and
two 1/2 in. hex nuts (item 5). Do not fully
tighten hardware. See Figure 5.
CAUTION:
Avoid injury! Explosive
separation of tire and rim parts is
possible when they are serviced
incorrectly:
•
Do not attempt to mount a
tire without the proper
equipment and experience to
perform the job.
•
Do not inflate the tires above
the recommended pressure.
•
Do not weld or heat a wheel
and tire assembly. Heat can
cause an increase in air
pressure resulting in an
explosion. Welding can
structurally weaken or
deform the wheel.
•
Do not stand in front or over
the tire assembly when
inflating. Use a clip-on chuck
and extension hose long
enough to allow you to stand
to one side.
WARNING:
FAILURE OF
INTERLOCK
together with
improper operation can
result in severe personal
injury.
WARNING:
FAILURE OF
CONTROLS could result in death
or serious injury.
