Chapter 2 Troubleshooting problems
AppCenter startup
After the Windows operating system startup processes complete, iVDR startup
process begin. When the iVDR determines that primary system health is adequate, the
AppCenter framework opens but with control application disabled. Additional checks
take place, as displayed in AppCenter’s lower pane.
When all system checks are successful, control applications become fully enabled in
AppCenter.
If one of the system checks fails a message appears. Messages of this type indicate
problems with the specialized iVDR hardware or software. To correct problems of
this nature follow the instructions embedded in the message and use the
troubleshooting information from earlier in this chapter.
