7500 Series Instruction Manual

Section 2 — Installation

shows the Ethernet requirements for a 7500NB 512x512 that is

controlled by a Series 7000 Control System. Dedicated Ethernet Switches
are used to communicate between the matrices. One Ethernet Switch is
required for each set of up to four matrices. The switches do not have to be
in the same rack as the matrices and the standard cable length restrictions
of 100 m (328 ft) apply.
