WARRANTY
Graham Transmissions, Inc. will make repairs to a product if the
product meets the following warranty guidelines as determined
by the date stamped on the product.
• 12 months on DC Motors; a maximum of 12 months from the
date of the invoice.
• 24 months on DC Controllers; a maximum of 24 months from
the date of the invoice.
Graham Transmissions, Inc. agrees to repair, or to replace at the
discretion of Graham Transmission, Inc. such components that on
examination by Graham Transmissions, Inc. are found to be
defective due to faulty manufacture, design, and/or defective
materials. Expense in connection with dismantling and mounting
shall not be paid by Graham Transmissions, Inc.
If defects occur within the above-mentioned periods, the product
shall be forwarded to Graham Transmissions, Inc. insurance and
freight prepaid by customer. Before shipping the unit back to
Graham Transmissions, Inc. a return authorization number should
be obtained from the Graham Transmissions, Inc. Service
Department. A purchase order and description of the failure are
necessary before returning the product to Graham Transmissions,
Inc. Products repaired under warranty will be returned to the
purchaser, freight prepaid by Graham Transmissions, Inc.
Warranty repairs are only offered provided that the term of
payment are observed and shall cease to be valid if the product
is repaired or altered without the consent of Graham
