When the LED blinks red the P has sensed a high or low voltage condition and has
disconnected power to the equipment.
•
Wait a minimum of two minutes to see if acceptable power has been restored and the
LED turns green.
•
If the LED continues to blink red locate a good power source.
High Voltage
Typically caused when P is plugged into a power source
that is higher than the rated voltage of the equipment.
Locate a power source that supplies the correct voltage.
Low Voltage
Typically caused when other equipment is on the same circuit or
when operating on generator power and the generator cycles on
and off based on the load. Make certain generator is operating
properly and is properly sized for the equipment.
Locate a power source that is dedicated to the equipment.
If using an extension cord, make certain that it is a 3-wire, 12 AWG
(2.5mm
2
minimum cord).
An undersized (higher gauge) cord results in a drop in line voltage
to the equipment.
