Do not immerse Over Pressure Valve in solvents
externally. (Flushing will not affect).

Remove pump from base.
a.
Remove nylon Lock
nut from yoke.
b.
Remove four bolts
Breaking Down Pump
1.
Remove four nuts at the base of pump break loose,
in a criss-cross pattern.
On P/N GC0808 pumps, watch out for GC2276,
GC2277, and GC0306. The spring will push these parts
out. Observe which side of the GC2276 comes out, Keep
right side up for diagnostics.

Remove Base from Tie Rods.
3.
Remove Valve Housing from the cylinder.
P/N GC2391 on GC0329 pump.
P/N, GC0307 on GC0808 pump.

Using a rubber mallet, tap shaft out through the
bottom of the cylinder.

Remove cylinder, P/N GC0229 from pump head
P/N GC0231.
b.
Remove Cup Adapter, P/N GC0711 from pump head
