Troubleshooting
Check all possible remedies in the Troubleshooting
Chart before disassembling the pump.
NOTICE
The variable speed control should not be used as an
ON/OFF control. It will stop the motor from operating,
but does not turn off the motor.
Problem

Pump fails to operate.
Exhausted fluid supply.
Refill fluid supply.
Damaged motor.
Replace motor.
No power to motor.
Ensure motor is plugged in to correct
power outlet.
Pump operates, but output low.
Cavitation due to excessive pump
speed.
Reduce pump speed.
Exhausted fluid supply.
Refill fluid supply.
Obstructed fluid line
Clear fluid line.
Erratic or accelerated operation.
Exhausted fluid supply.
Refill fluid supply.
Rattling sound
Loose motor nut.
Tighten motor nut.
