STEP 7
Connect the handle wire (27) with the pulse wire (45). Them, fix cover plate (43) and handlebar (40)
onto seat tube (35) with carriage bolt (42), flat washer (31) and nut (3).
STEP 8
Connect the sensor (10 & 19) and tension control wire (8 & 16) as shown, and install the support
tube (7) on the main frame (20) with curved washer A (4) and Bolt (9)
