SHORT MANUAL OVERVIEW:
A short guide toward your fryer's use and functions will allow for quick user reference
once the safety details have been read.

overview for safe use of the device. Always read all safety precautions prior to product
preparation or use.
1)Remove all packaging materials.
2)Gently place the appliance onto a dry, leveled surface, out of the reach of children or
flammables.
3)Mount the fryer to its base and properly attach the fryer handles.
4)Fill the oil compartment with 2.5 - 4 liters of oil, as necessary.
5)Attach the magnetic plug to the device and plug the cord into a safe outlet zone.
6)Set the temperature and timing dials as preferred and wait for the red indicator light
to turn green before adding foods to the fryer.
7)Follow the cooling and disassembly procedures, as indicated in the in depth manual
guide.
8)Follow the cleaning procedures, as indicated in the in depth manual guide.

2) Solid fats when frying, since high heat output can forcibly release hot contents.
