6. Manufacturing residues may still be adhering to the surface of the device. To prevent any
health hazards, clean the raclette grill plate, the hot stone, the little raclette pans, the
wooden spatulas, the fondue pot and the fondue forks thoroughly before you
fi
rst use
them (see the "Cleaning" chapter).
