STRAP (#14)

FIGURE C

INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING

1.

Caution: Always allow time for the Glass Lens (part #2) to completely cool
before performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning.

2.

Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Spotlight.  Check for broken
parts, insufficient battery charging, and any other condition that may affect its
safe operation.  If a problem with the Spotlight occurs, immediately discontinue
using the tool and have the problem corrected before further use.  Do not use
damaged equipment.

3.

In the event the Battery (part 9) requires replacement, open the Back Lid (part
#11).  Pull out the Battery, and disconnect the wires.  Then, connect the wires to
a new Battery.  Insert the Battery in the Spotlight, and close the Back Lid.  (See
Assy. Diagram.)

4.

To replace the Halogen Bulb (part #4), unscrew and remove the Lamp Lid (part
#1).  Remove the Glass Lens (part #2).  Next, remove the old Halogen Bulb and
replace with a new Halogen Bulb.  (See Assy. Diagram.)

4.

Do not use solvents to clean the Spotlight, as damage to the tool may occur.  To
clean, use a damp cloth.  If necessary, a mild detergent may be used.  Then,
completely dry.

5.

When storing, keep the Spotlight in a box or covered with a cloth cover.
