IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Keep this manual with the equipment at all times.

Read all instructions before using.

Do not operate without eye protection.

Select proper size cleaning tool.
5.
Do not operate when fatigued or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Keep operation area clear of all persons.
7.
Do not overreach or stand on unstable support. Keep good footing.
8.
Stay alert – watch what you are doing.
9.
Use only Goodway recommended accessories.
10.
Check condition of hoses and make sure connections and fittings are secure
before turning on air and water supply.
11.
Turn off air and water supply and bleed pressures before disconnecting hoses.
12.
Do not point gun at people or animals.
13.
Do not stand in front of far tube sheet when tubes are being shot.
14.
If the gun does not operate properly or has been damaged, return it to the factory
for service.
GETTING READY
The QS-300 Quick Shot is supplied with 10' (3 m) air and water hose "whips" which are
permanently connected to the fittings on the gun. Connect a minimum 1/2"
(13 mm) I.D. plant air line to the hose whip on the rear of the gun and a minimum 1/2"
(13 mm) I.D. water line to the hose whip on the front of the gun.
ALWAYS BLOW OUT
AIR SUPPLY LINE BEFORE CONNECTING TO QS-300
. Dirty air will clog valve in gun.
WARNING:
Unrestricted compressed air hoses can whip, causing personal and
equipment damage.
To obtain optimum results, the Quick Shot requires a high volume of air and water flow.
DO NOT RESTRICT THE AIR AND WATER FLOW BY USING QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS
THAT HAVE A REDUCED I.D.
