Screen saver
With the screen saver on, the screen saver will
appear if the DVD is left in Resume Stop,
Stop or Open mode for more than 5 minutes.
Defaults
Resets all settings, except parental lock, to
factory settings.
Parental
Not all DVDs have this facility.
Parental contains eight levels of parental
control, from Adult where any DVD can be
viewed to Kids Safe where only DVDs
suitable for small children can be viewed.
Select 8 Unlock using the
Right
arrow
button and Password will
appear below it. Enter a four digit
password (factory default is 3308).
You can now select the parental level you
require.
Press the
Setup/enter
button to
exit the menu.
Once you have set the parental lock, a red key
will appear on the LCD.
You will now only be able to watch DVDs
with a rating the same or lower than your
setting.
If you try to play a DVD rated above your
parental selection, the OSD will display:
INPUT PASSWORD - - - - to turn off the
parental control. If you input the password
the DVD will start.
To change the password, while in the
parental menu, select change
password and enter a new password
and press the
Return/OK
button.
DO NOT FORGET YOUR PASSWORD.
