How to prepare delicious frothy milk for
use in all cocktails
Preparation time: 15 mins (ask an adult to help you)
1)
Pour cold milk straight from the fridge (4°C to 8°C) into the
measuring container, fi lling it up to the line (50ml).
2)
Add some syrup using the measuring spoon.
The amount of syrup you add will depend on your chosen
recipe (3ml for a mild fl avour or 6ml for a strong fl avour).
3)
Gently pull the top section of the machine to lift it.
4)
Place the measuring container on its base and press the
top section of the machine downwards into its original
position.
