HOW TO FOLD THE TREADMILL
To avoid damaging the treadmill, adjust the incline
to the lowest position before you fold the treadmill.
Then, remove the key and unplug the power cord.
CAUTION: You must be able to safely lift 45 lbs. (20
kg) to raise, lower, or move the treadmill.
1. Hold the metal frame firmly in the location shown
by the arrow below.
CAUTION: Do not hold the
frame by the plastic foot rails. Make sure to
bend your legs and keep your back straight.
Raise the frame halfway to the vertical position.
2. Hold the treadmill firmly with your right hand. Slide
the cushion so that it is aligned with the latch pin.
Next, pull the latch knob to the left and hold it.
Then, align the latch pin with the hole in the center
of the cushion. Slowly release the latch knob.
Make sure that the latch pin is fully inserted
into the cushion. Slide the cushion down until
the latch pin touches the cushion.

the wheels, and carefully move it to the new location.
