5.5.3 Registering the throttle cable.
To register the lever travel, use the adjustment screw under the lever.
The accelerator pedal cable is registered with the adjustment screws at the end
of the cable by the engine.
5.5.4 Registering the engine stop cable
If the engine stop knob cable take-up is excessive, adjust it will the register on
the end of the wire by the engine.
5.5.5 Adjusting front wheel toe
Front wheel toe is correct when it matches the setting given in fig.19
5.5.6 Headlight adjustment
The headlights are adjusted with the screws n.1 as shown in fig.20.
IMPORTANT
For correct headlight adjustment, it is best to refer the matter to a
specialised garage with the necessary centring equipment.
5.6 ELECTRIC SYSTEM
- Battery
Check and keep electrolyte level to ensure that the battery elements are
completely covered. Top up with distilled water with the engine off and with no
naked flames nearby. Check clamp fixing and keep them greased with Vaseline.
Keep the battery clean and, if it has to remain inactive for a long time, store in a
cool dry place.
- Fuses
Before replacing a fuse, find and eliminate the cause of the short circuit. The
fuses protect the following elements: (fig.17):
A= Front right – rear left parking light, number plate light, 7-pin socket, parking
light indicator, speedometer light
B= Front left – rear right parking light, 7-pin socket
C= Right low beam headlight
D= Left low beam headlight
E= Right high beam headlight, high beam indicator
F= Left high beam headlight
G= Hazard light switch, indicator switch (+30)
H= Hazard light switches, indicator switches (+15), indicator switch (hazard, low
beams)
I= Headlight switch (horn), idrostop (16A)
L= Battery charge regulator power supply, battery warning light, low fuel warning
light
All fuses are 8 Ampere unless otherwise stated.
The tractor also has a knife-blade type main fuse rated at 40 A. It is inside the
tractor on the right of the air deflector. This fuse protects the entire electric
