INSTALLATION

For additional protection the installation of a residual current device (RCD) is advisable.
1.Remove all packaging material and check the appliance, supply cord and the plug for signs of
damage.
2.Also check the mounting bracket and all mounting hardware (plates, screws, etc.)). Ensure they
are not damaged.
3.The mounting distances below must be followed during installation.
The distance between the bottom edge of the appliance and the floor must be at least 1.8M.
There must be a distance of at least 0.5M between the appliance and any soffit or eve.
There must be a clearance of at least 1.5 M on all sides from walls and other objects. See figure 3.
Recommended angle for mounting the heater is 45

°.  See figure 4.

The heater can also be swung from left to right. Maximum 90

°

4.The mounting location of the heater should not be in a location subject to high winds.
5.Fix the mounting bracket on the wall first. Ensure that the bracket is mounted and fixed securely
into a wall/eve. Adjust the angle of the heater to its desired angle. Check regularly to ensure the
screws are securely fastened, as over time they may become loose.
6.Plug the heater into a power outlet and turn the heater on. Observe the heater for 10-15 minutes
to ensure the heater operates trouble free.
