Customizing Phone Settings
a.
Handset and Speakerphone Volume
i.
To increase or decrease the volume for hearing incoming
sound, press the -IN VOL+ key repeatedly. If you press + side
it will be increased and vice versa.
ii.
To increase or decrease the volume for speaking (outgoing
sound/microphone) press the -OUT VOL+ key. If you press +
side it will be increased and vice versa.
b.
Ringer Volume and Type
i.
To adjust ringer volume you must follow the instructions below:
1.
Press the OK/Menu.
2.
Select View.
3.
Choose Network Value.
4.
Select IP Address.
5.
Enter the IP address in your Internet browser’s address
bar/field.
6.
Login as ROOT and enter password as 1234.
7.
From the left side bar select Management.
8.
From the new sub menu select Voice.
9.
Change the volume by choosing a number from 0 to 9.
10.
Change the ring type by selecting one of the 10
available ring tones.

From the menu, choose
Phone Book by pressing
OK/Menu Key.
c.
Select add from the new
menu (Use Up/Down key
for choosing and OK/Menu
