Menu:
Click the

Reservation, Online Customer Service.

Settings:
Click the icon on the
on the upper-left corner to find the Settings. This command
configures Gogoro® App functions such as toggling system notifications on/off, Bluetooth
pairing, pair with another Smartscooter®, account name / password change, Advanced
anti-theft, version information etc.

Personalize:
Allows you to personalize various settings of the scooter.

Diagnostics:
Checks and displays health status of major on-board systems. In case of any
irregularity.
●
My Ride Status:
Displays records of the last 12 battery swaps, including average speeds,
mileages, CO2 saved, last parking place and remaining mileage until the next regular service.
●
My Profile:
Displays the license plate number, energy plan, mileage of this month, bill info etc.
You can also change your energy plan, pay fees online, set credit card payment, subscribe to
Sport activation, and apply the UBI (Usage Based Insurance)
●
Achievements:
Displays the virtual badges you have gained.
●
Reservation:
Reserve the time for your repair or maintenance, so you don’t have to wait on site.

Customer Service

Talk to the AI customer service representative to solve your problems.
Functions of the Gogoro® App are subject to change with subsequent updates, models or
upgrades of Smartscooter®, and the latest version prevails.
The Gogoro® App can still configure some functions even if it's not connected with the scooter.
The modified configuration is sent to the Gogoro cloud server when your smartphone is
connected to the internet, and the new configuration will be delivered to your Smartscooter®
next time you swap batteries.
