PROCEDURE FOR REPLACING TUBE CLAMP INSERTS
AND INFEED GUIDES
Various tube clamp inserts and infeed guides are available for the
Accelair 2 to allow the use of different tube and fiber sizes. Tube
clamp inserts are retained using (2) M3 cap screws each and re-
quire the use of the 2.5mm Allen wrench; infeed guides are re-
tained using (2) M3 cap screws and require the use of the 2.5mm
Allen wrench.
•
Remove all retaining screws and remove the inserts/guides.
•
Replace inserts/guides of suitable size into the machine and
tighten the retaining screws firmly but take care not to dam-
age any aluminium threads.
•
Store the removed inserts/guides in the bag provided and in
the designated area of the carry case to avoid loss or damage.
