REV. 03.09.04
Electronic monitoring equipment (such as ECG monitors and alarms) may not
operate properly when electrostimulation is in progress.
-Stimulation delivered by this device may be sufficient to cause electrocution.
Do not apply the current in trans-thoracic modality because it may cause cardiac arrhyth-
mia. Do not stimulate the pectoral and dorsal muscles simultaneously.
-Do not use the electrostimulator near short wave therapeutic devices.
APPROPRIATE USES
Read the operating manual carefully in order to avoid incorrect installation, use or maintenan-
ce that can damage the apparatus, the operator or the user. The Globus Electrostimulator is
designed to be used in the following settings:
-Home
-Medical clinics
-Physiotherapy clinics
-Rehabilitation clinics
and for the following purposes:
-Pain treatment in general
-Any type of sequential electrostimulation
-Aesthetic care
-Sports training
-The Electrostimulator may be used with or without the supervision of physicians or
paramedic personnel.
