System
You can check information about your receiver
or upgrade the firmware or data of the receiver
through this menu.
System Information
In this menu you can check information about
the receiver, such as “Model ID”, “Software
Version”, “Hardware Version”, “Loader Version”,
“Latest Update” and “Manufacture”.
Upgrade by RS232
Before upgrade software please first check
position of jumpers on back panel:
Room 1 upgrade
Room 2 upgrade
Normal
Not used
After setting switch to Room1 or Room2
upgrade, connect your receiver to PC via
nullmodem RS232 cable. On PC you should
have tool for upgrade, called AVUpgrade.exe
and current software or data file (*.dld).).
Continue with ugrade according to Upgrade tool
manual.
WARNING!
Use only appropriate software dedicated for
multi-room receiver. Using other software
can damage receiver and will invalidate your
warranty.
WARNING!
For complete upgrade you need to repeat
upgrade for Room 1 and Room 2.
After finishing you need to set Upgrade
Mode back to Normal position, otherwise
slave receiver will not work.
In Upgrade menu there are available
following options:
Upgrade Software
Upgrade Data
Upgrade Default
Upgrade Data & Default
Upgrade All
Upgrade OTA (Optional)
You can use them when you want to transfer
your software or data to another receiver using
RS232.
