Static Load Testing
13. Extend the legs to full height, then secure with the leg
adjustment clips.
14. To load test the tripod, suspend a 600kg test load from
either of the bow-nuts. The tripod must support
the test load for at least 15 seconds.
Final Checks (Following Testing)
15. Inspect all fasteners and joints for correct adjustment
and movement.
16. Check that lower legs retract into upper legs.
17. Check that the pulley wheels and bow-nuts rotate
freely.
18. Perform an all-over visual inspection.
