1.2.   Optional Equipment

•  S 410003 Foot Switch

 

A control located on the floor for the purpose of operating the chair with the foot versus the touch pad panels 

on either side of the chair back. This offers a “hands-free” method to positioning the chair.

•  S 900112W & S 900114W  Solarlite

A light source manufactured by Global Surgical

 

Corporation intended to be installed on the MAXI S 4500LX 

Examination Chair for the purpose of illuminating the area of interest during medical procedures and 

examinations. The S 900112W Solarlite has the power switch on the base. The S 900114W Solarlite has the 

power switch on the head.
