Allows the user to select the rate of the frames per
second for the video that is being broadcast. The
rates range from 30 frames per second to 1 frame
per second.

Drop-down menu that allows the user to choose
the size of the video that is being broadcast. The
larger the size, the more bandwidth that is taken
up by the streaming video.

Clicking-and-dragging this slider left (decrease) or
right (increase) zooms the program out video that
is broadcast. Video that is streamed from
GlobeCaster includes the entire video image,
including outside the safe area. Clicking-and-
dragging this slider crops out video distortion that
may occur at the very edge of the video image
when the source is from tape.
