USING THE ORIGINE SURFACE
Origine Surfaces
Warning:
This appliance is of the type that are intended to be fixed on units.
•
Installation classification is of type 3 for the gas parts and type Y for the electrical parts.
•
The units must be heat resistant up to at least 90°C.
•
For a more correct installation please see the relative paragraph and the reference diagrams.

Using a gas cooking appliance leads to the production of heat and humidity inside the area where it is installed. Make sure that the
kitchen is well aerated. Keep all natural aeration sources open, or install a mechanical aeration device (suction hood). An intensive
or prolonged use of the appliance could require a supplementary aeration, such as opening a window, or a more efficient aeration,
such as increasing the suction hood power.
This book has been foreseen for this type of cooking surface.. It is possible to locate the corresponding model
(Mod.) on the label that is on the back.
With this symbol and the indications given over the next paragraphs it is possible to know what makes up the
appliance by looking at the figures at the end of this manual (Figures 1-3)

Gas burner
The flow of gas to the burner is regulated by the handle (fig 4) that controls the tap. The symbols, depending on the version, are
outlined on the handle. This is the different adjustments possible from matching the outlined symbol with the pointer:
Tap closed, no gas flows out.
Fully open, maximum flow of gas
Open at minimum amount, minimum flow of gas
