PALAZZO or CASTELLO Pro. You have purchased a high quality product.
These instructions form part of this product. They contain important
safety, usage and disposal information for product users. Please familiar-
ise yourself with all the information listed before using the product. The
product may only be used as described herein and for the usage sce-
narios stated. If you follow the correct use and maintenance procedures,
this radiant heater and the PALAZZO or CASTELLO Pro will serve you
well for many years to come.
The 1500 W radiant heater unit is designed solely for connection to Glatz
PALAZZO shades from 2014 or later and CASTELLO Pro
shades. It is
only to be used for heating the area under the canopy. The product may
only be used in private households, in the catering and hotel sector or in a
comparable environment. The product may only be used in accordance
with these operating instructions. Any use other than the uses described
in these operating instructions shall be considered improper use. We
reserve the right to make modifications due to technical advances. In
these operating instructions, these radiant heaters are also referred to as
“the product”.

• A Glatz control unit is required to use the radiant heater unit.
• The power supply cable must be provided on site. It must be capable
of being disconnected and secured against unintentional reconnection
for installation and maintenance work.
• Connect the power supply cable to the sunshade using the connect-
ing plug supplied with the unit. The connecting plug can be stowed in
the support tube or in the ground socket.
