PCI Express Root Port:
Enables/disables this PCIe port.

PCIE Port Speed:
Select the PCIe port speed.
Options are: Auto [default], Gen 1, Gen 2

PCIE Port ASPM:
Select an ASPM (Active-State Power
Management) mode to manage the PCI Express serial link
devices in order to reduce power consumption.
Options are:
Auto [default] : allow BIOS to auto configure
Disabled : disable ASPM
L0s : force all links to L0s state
L1 : force all links to L1 state
L0sL1 : force all links to L0s+L1 state
