USING THE STIRRER
1. Insert the stirring rod through the bottom of the stirring blades (the
rectangular silicone end of the rod is at the bottom of the blades).
2. Set the blades in the bottom of the pot to be used (silicone end at the
bottom).
3. Slide the expanding arms over the rod and down to the top of the pot.
Grasp both arms and slide them in or out to fit the diameter of the pot.
Use the clips to secure the arms to the sides of the pot (the stirring blades
should be centered in the pot).
4. Slide the motor housing down on the rod. Twist it counterclockwise so
it locks into the expanding arms.
5. Add ingredients to the pot, set burner temperature per recipe
instructions and press the power button to begin the stirring action. The
stirrer is heat resistant up to 248o F.
6. Adjust the speed (high is 18 r/min. or low is 11 r/min.) by pressing the
speed button.
7. When stirring action is no longer desired, press the power button to turn
off the stirrer.
