5. Press WARM. The display will read 140° F.
The lid can be opened while
warming, but release steam through the pressure regulator first.
6. Press “+” and “-” to set the desired warming temperature.
7. Press WARM. The display will read 8:00 (8 hours).
8. Press “+” and “-” to set the desired warming time.
9. Press START/STOP to begin.
10. When the warming time is up the unit will beep.
11. Press START/STOP to turn off. Unplug from the outlet.
STEAM:
Use to bring liquid to a boil for steaming food.
1. Place the removable cooking pot in the base at a slight diagonal. Swivel
the pot so the tabs are under the clips.
2. Place the rack in the bottom of the pot.
3. Add at least 12 oz. of water. Add the food. The bottom of the food should
be above the liquid.
4. Do not fill the pot more than 2/3 full.
5. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and slide the locking lever to the left
to lock the lid in place.
6. Turn the pressure regulator to STEAM.
7. Press STEAM. The display will flash 15:00 (15 minutes).
8. Press "+" or "-" to set the desired steaming time. The default temperature
is 212° F.
9. Press START/STOP to begin steaming.

automaticaIly switch to WARM for 8 hours.
12. Press START/STOP to turn off. Unplug from the outlet.
