PERIODIC CHECKS
Perform the following checks frequently and at each activation.

for damage or signs of wear on the textile part.

airbag system.
■ Check the activation cable for damage.
■ Check the cartridge for rust/oxidation or damage.
■ Check that the cartridge is securely screwed to the gas generator (only check manually
without tools).
■ Check that the D-ring belt on the seat is not damaged.
■ Check that the D-ring belt or the tower is well secured to the motorcycle.
■ Check that the seat is properly secured to the motorcycle
■ Check that the zipper allowing access to the
MOTOAIRBAG
®
airbag system is closed.

Remove the protector from the garment.

by the user according to the instructions below:

airbag system from the textile part following the instruc

tions below.
To wash the vest (
do not wash the protector
), remove the back protector by opening the
zipper that holds it in place
(see fig_
5.1
).
Open the internal perimetral zipper on the vest

Slide the protector (

) off to the side until you find the elastic lumbar support and open the
zipper (

) that divides it

Remove the protector from above. Now you can wash the fabric component of the vest, taking
care not to wash it in the washing machine.
