2.5 Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
A. Den Finger, für ein richtiges Messen, entsprechend positionieren (sie-
he Abbildung).
B. Der SpO
2
-Sensor und der fotoelektrische Detektor müssen so posi-
tioniert sein, dass sich die Arteriole des Patienten dazwischen befin-
det.
C. Der SpO
2
-Sensor darf nicht auf Gliedmaßen verwendet werden, die
arterielle Kanäle mit Problemen aufweisen, auf denen die Manschette
für das Erfassen des Herzdrucks angebracht ist, oder auf denen eine
intravenöse Injektion erfolgt.
D. Den Sensor nicht mit Klebeband o.ä. befestigen, da die venöse Pul-
sation erfasst werden könnte und somit eine falsche SpO
2
-Messung
erfolgt.
E. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die optische Oberfläche frei ist und nicht
behindert wird.
F. Ein zu heller Raum kann das Messergebnis beeinträchtigen. Dazu
gehören Leuchtstofflampen, Infrarotheizer, direktes Sonnenlicht usw.
G. Starke Bewegungen des Patienten oder eine übermäßige elektrochi-
rurgische Interferenz können zu einer Messungenauigkeit führen.
H. Der Patient darf keinen Nagellack oder sonstigen Art von Kosmetika
auf den Fingernägeln bzw. Fingern tragen.
