Synchronize Outlook
EasySync
supports Outlook 2000/ 2002/ 2003/ 2007. You
must have Outlook on both computers, and set to the same
language, before synchronizing.
1.
Close Outlook before synchronization.
2.
Select
Synchronize (Z)
Setup
on the remote
computer. Check
Enable to execute Microsoft Outlook
Synchronization
.
3.
Set up Microsoft Exchange Server: domain, user name,
and password. Then click
OK
.
4.
Select
Synchronize (Z)
Start
in the host
computer.
5.
Select the Outlook function items to synchronize.
6.
Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with Outlook
synchronization.
Note:
Some data cannot be synchronized completely if data
formats are different.
