Hard disc drive (HDD) 

Trouble Solution 

Operating system was corrupted by incorrect operating or virus. Try to 

clean virus and then configure your operating system correctly. 

HDD can’t be booted 

The documents of your OS maybe run in error, please refer to the 

manual of your OS. 

HDD performs very slowly 

There is too much file fragment. Use disk defrag tools to rearrange the 

programs on the hard disk.
