FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY 

 

 Place 

Mounting Bracket (Parts List Ref. #28)

 

against lower right corner of 

Blower Housing 

(1)

, aligning holes in bracket with holes in 

housing.  Secure with three 

3/8-16 x 3/4” hex 

bolts, split lock washers

 and 

flat washers 

(29-31)

.  Tighten securely. 

 Install 

Front Wheel (32)

 between forks in 

bracket and secure with 

5/8-11 x 5” hex bolt

 

and 

lock nut (33-34)

.  Tighten snugly while 

allowing for free rotation of wheel.   

 

HANDLE ASSEMBLY 

 

 Fit 

one 

Vibration Mount (36)

, long thread up, 

into each of the two holes in each 

Lower 

Handle (35).  

Secure with one

 5/16-18 small 

serrated flange nut (37).  

Do not tighten. 

 

Set lower handles

 into engine base, along 

either side of engine, aligning threads in 
vibration mounts with corresponding holes in 
base.  Secure each mount from beneath with 

5/16-18 small serrated flange nut (37)

.  Do 

not tighten. 

 Slip 

one 

Handle Shim (38)

 into top of each 

lower handle, aligning holes in shim with holes 
in lower handle. 

 Fit 

Handle Support Panel (39)

 over top portion
