4.0 Unlocking/Locking the Home Screen
When you have powered up the device, the screen will display the
“Home Screen” however you will notice that screen is locked. You must
first unlock this screen before you can access the main Home Screen.
To do this you must, press and hold the pad lock icon and drag the
icon upward toward the dot in the centre of the screen until the screen
unlocks and allows you to access the home page.
Please Note:
When you wish to lock the screen you single tap the
[Power] button and this locks the device screen. To unlock the screen
again single tap the “Power Button” and follow the above steps again.
Please also Note:
The screen will automatically lock after a period of
time when the device is not being used. To unlock the screen please
follow the above steps. You can change the screen lock timeout by
going to Settings > Display > Screen Time Out and following the
instructions.
