you some options along the bottom of the screen. Select “Compose”
this will take you to a blank email. Firstly enter the email address of the
recipient, then type in a subject for the email. Once you have done these
two tasks you can press into the message field and type your message
using the “Touch Keypad”.
Once you have composed your email you can do two things you can
“Send” (This will send the email to the recipient) or you can “Save to
Drafts” (This will save your email to a draft folder to be sent at a future
date).
6.3 Opening an e-mail
Firstly open the email Application. You will be automatically taken to
your inbox. Using your finger scroll down the contents of your inbox and
once you have found your desired email press on the email subject to
enter and read the email.
6.4 Email Functions
When you are in the mailbox (inbox/sent/drafts) there are a number of
options you can select. To access the options press the “Sub Options
Menu” on the “Status Bar”.
The Options/Functions available to you are as follows:
Refresh:
This option will connect with you email providers
server to check for new incoming email’s.
Compose:
This will open a black email for you to compose a
email and select your recipient.
Folders:
This access the folders menu where you can view
your “Sent” or “Draft” email’s.
Accounts:
This will show you what email accounts are active
on the device.
